Shipping policy

All orders ship Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed before 9 am are shipped out same day. If orders are delayed via carrier mistake, they will be replaced at our cost, or a refund offered. 

We understand custom etched cubes are for special occasions. We recommend having them shipped before your event to ensure you have them on hand for the event. This ensures we can correct an issue in a timely manner. If the order is requested to be shipped outside the recommended time frame we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.
