Refund policy

All sales are final. Cancellation requests are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

Custom Etched orders have a turn around time between 1-3 weeks depending on the cube quantity. There could be a longer wait if we have other projects on the board. 

Cancellation of Custom Etched orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Orders that are requested for within a week turn around time are subject to a rush fee. 

Orders are shipped out Monday-Wednesday, Orders must be placed before 9am Wednesday in order to be shipped out before the end shipping period.

Orders placed after Wednesday 9am will be shipped out Monday unless arrangements have been made beforehand.
