Q: What size ice cube do you use in the ice presses?
A: You will need a 2.7-inch clear ice cube
Q: Why do you recommend your clear ice?
A: For the clearest and cleanest ice we use a 7-step filtration process to remove all particles from the water and form a solid cube of ice.
Q: I have your ice, it says to let the ice temper before using. What does that mean?
A: It means to all the ice to slowly rise in temperature. It doesn’t take long, just a minute. This prevents the ice from cracking when pouring a room temperature beverage over it.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We cannot accept returns currently. All sales are final. Please feel free to contact us if you have any damage due to shipping.
Q: We want to give these to our Wedding party as gifts, can we order in bulk and personalize them different for each gift?
A: Yes, we are happy to discuss bulk orders and specialized engravings. Please allow extra time for special orders.
Q.: I have a large party I want to make diamonds for all the cocktails. What is the best way to do this?
A: That sounds like a lot of fun! We would recommend a couple ways to do this. Depending upon the size of your party: 1.) You can make ice ahead of time and keep them in the freezer in airtight bags or containers. On the night of the party, you can use your press and when you need a lot of ice at one time, you can use the backup ice you made ahead of time as you need to. 2.) Have more than one press and rinse them under warm water between uses to keep the flow.
Q: How long does the ice press take to make a shape?
A: On average it take about 2 minutes to press the ice into a shape for the first time and the second time will take a minute or two more. If you would like the second one and any additional shapes to take less time, warm up the press with warm water at home or an ice press warmer in a commercial setting
